Placing an order
When making an order through the website the steps you need to take to complete the order process are described below.
1. Choose the product you would like to purchase and click on either the title or image to display more information.
2. To add the item to your basket click on the ‘Buy Now' button.
3. You now see your item in the shopping basket. If you wish to change the quantity please retype the quantity in the Qty box and then click the ‘update' button . If you wish to delete any item click the icon in the delete column and the page will automatically update. If ou wish to add more items to your basket click on the ‘continue shopping' button. When you have added all your items into your basket click on the ‘checkout' button.
4. You are now on the payment page. Please fill out the necessary details.
5. You should check relevent boxes then click the 'confirm order' button.
6. You will see a confirmation of order page and a proceed to payment page button. This will take you to paypal where you can choose the card you wish to pay with.
7. You will receive an acknowledgement email from us, acknowledging receipt of your order. THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER AND NO BINDING CONTRACT HAS BEEN MADE UNTIL THE GOODS ARE DESPATCHED.

Free Delivery for all UK Mainland orders!
All orders will be delivered by courier within 48 hours and a signature will be required upon receipt.
For International orders following charges will apply:

Returns
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition and packaging within 14 days (from the date of receipt) we will give you an exchange or refund. Prior to returning an item please obtain a return number which can be obtained by emailing sales@midnightdream.co.uk stating order number, your name & contact details and reason for return. Please return items including a note stating order return number, order number , your name & contact details to - Midnight Dream. Office 445, 109 Vernon Street, Friar Lane, Nottingham, NG1 6DQ. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as Midnight Dream cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Midnight Dream will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to 10 working to fulfil your request. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received so returns sent by Recorded Delivery may reach us more quickly but do not progress more quickly through the process.
When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
